the location was comfy: shopping centers and a bakery were within walking distance. i loved well-appointed and brand-new room complete with spa, balcony plus a huge desk.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to Melbourne close to the CBD, the resturant is open and public transport to-and-from the city and very close to a theatre and a chapel. St Kilda district was worth visiting.

The hotel's location was very central, somewhere close to clinic. And it was also near to all major shopping areas in Melbourne CBD and the beautiful garden. A double room had facilities you could need

The hotel was clean, everything was good. The staff were very amiable the whole time. It was airy, generous sized and with comfortable bed. The restaurant here was excellent for lunch.

had a great stay at this hotel! friendly staff, quiet rooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen made for a perfect weekend with the family. the showers were impressive, with strong water pressure and hot water. also loved the indoor pool, clean and just the right temperature. will definitely be back!

It was such a pleasant stay, tranquil , lovely setting, garden, courtyard and nice how overlooks pool area. The reception girl really nice letting me use the pool as i checked out when i was sad that i didnt have a chance to use pool during my 1day stay. She was real nice even getting me a towel. I really had a relaxing and pleasant stay there...thankyou.

When we first stepped out of the lift onto level 1 you could smell the carpet that had obviously at one point been flooded.This maybe because we work in the carpet business that we first could smell it then see the stain.

Very clean, great staff and excellent value for money.

A circular driveway would have been nice, and a better quality television.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained - my room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. I also loved having a balcony with a wonderful view, especially when enjoying breakfast in the morning. The prices for accommodation and services were also quite reasonable and offered great value for money.

All in all, everything was just fine.
